This week is another solo episode all about self-love and self-care in the form of spending time outside. There are so many facts that definitively prove nature is good for the soul. From nature lowering stress to promoting happiness to improving productivity, there are so many reasons to spend time outside.
Hannah chats about her experience outdoors and how it has become a vital part in how she shows up for herself and others. She also talks about her journey to body acceptance through yoga and hiking and how even though she sometimes wants to give up or go back to her old ways- she doesn’t.
