Women & the Wilderness

Jan 7, 2021

As we find ourselves in a new year, we can't help but reflect on the one that's just passed. 2020 was a year filled with ups, downs, learnings and realizations. This episode is about all of that. I had the chance to sit down with my longest friend, Gaby Barboza.

She is an RN, RYT-200, Reiki practitioner and soon to be Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). Gaby is empowered by mindful, bio-individual, intentional holistic medicine. She sincerely believes that we are all capable of living an energized, happy, and fulfilling life and the answers lie within us if we can take some time to listen and also be heard by the practitioners we consult.

We've known each other since we were 3 years old - so to say we're close would be an understatement. In this episode, Gaby and I talk about the highs and lows of 2020, what our greatest lessons were and what we're looking forward to in this new revolution around the sun. We each determined 2021 to be the year of ______ and set goals and milestones we hope to reach - both personally and in business.

This episode is a gentle reminder that we are not alone, no matter how hard this life gets. A reminder to find the light in the dark.
